Qualitative research

We use an anthropological approach for exploring customer needs and perceptions. This method relies heavily on observing the customer in their natural environment. Sometimes this means watching them in a store, following them around an office or sitting with them in their homes.

We manage a small team of anthropologists busy exploring new ways to delight customers, drive them to the brand and generate stronger loyalty.

Quantitative research

Many decisions require the kind of support that can only be provided by surveying large numbers of people. We use a wide variety of techniques for testing theories, findings and positionings.
